Volleyball Recap: Northern Valley Huskies vs. Cunningham Wildcats
After flying high against Logan/Palco last Tuesday, Northern Valley came back down to earth. The Northern Valley Huskies fell just short of the Cunningham Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday.
In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Northern Valley sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-17, 23-25, 25-23.
Despite the loss, Northern Valley still got an impressive performance from Haley Hansen, who had 11 digs.
Northern Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-25 record this season. As for Cunningham, their victory bumped their record up to 14-16-1.
