Preview: Lexington vs. Dibble
On Friday Dibble take on Lexington at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps state rankings project a close contest.
Last week, Dibble couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Minco, falling 0-14.
Meanwhile, Lexington had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They were completely outmatched, falling 8-44 to Anadarko. Lexington were down by 0-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
