Godwin Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-41 heartbreaker at the hands of the Comstock Park Panthers. One positive for the Wolverines, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Godwin Heights now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Comstock Park, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Godwin Heights will host Calvin Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Calvin Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Comstock Park, they will take on Belding at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
