Softball Recap: Saint Jo Takes a Loss

If Saint Jo was riding high fresh off their 19-4 takedown of Bryson last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Saint Jo Panthers lost 16-6 to the Graford Rabbits on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 15-7 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2022.

Saint Jo's defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Graford, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Saint Jo will challenge Perrin-Whitt at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Graford, they will take on Santo at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
