Softball Recap: Anson Falls Short of Colorado in the Playoffs

Anson and Colorado squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Anson had to settle for second. They lost 6-0 to the Wolves. The Tigers have struggled against the Wolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Anson's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Colorado, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 23-7-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wolves beat Anson by a score of 13-7 on Friday.
