Soldotna won its eighth state championship and ninth in 10 years during a 9-0 season in 2019. The Stars have been among the top five teams in the state all 10 years and finished No. 1 three times, including last year.
Those results helped make them the most dominant high school football team in Alaska over the last decade, according to our MaxPreps scoring system.
