Softball Recap: Celina Has No Trouble Against Emerson

Celina lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Emerson, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. The Bobcats were the clear victors by a 20-4 margin over the Mavericks on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Celina's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Emerson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Celina is taking a road trip to face off against Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Emerson, they will take on Legacy Christian Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
