Baseball Game Preview: Calistoga Wildcats vs. Technology Titans

Calistoga is 0-10 against Technology since April of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will take on the Titans at 4:00 p.m. Calistoga will be strutting in after a victory while Technology will be coming in after a defeat.

Calistoga gave up the first runs last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Tomales by a score of 6-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Technology lost 15-5 to Willits on Friday.

Pablo Chinchilla made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Leo McDonell, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

The win got Calistoga back to even at 3-3. As for Technology, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Calistoga suffered a grim 15-3 defeat to Technology when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
