Football Recap: Eagle's View Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Eagle's View's offense. They had to suffer through a 31-0 loss at the hands of the Santa Fe Raiders.

Brooke Zeller was her usual excellent self, throwing for 220 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of her passes, and also catching one touchdown for Santa Fe. The dominant performance also gave Zeller a new career-high in passer rating (137.5).

Eagle's View now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Santa Fe, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eagle's View will head out to challenge Hilliard at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Santa Fe, they will venture away from home to take on First Coast at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
