Volleyball Recap: Northwest Cabarrus Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Northwest Cabarrus was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of West Cabarrus on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans fell 3-1 to the Mount Pleasant Tigers on Wednesday. The Trojans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Despite the loss, Northwest Cabarrus still got an impressive performance from Piper Tetterton-Martin, who had 11 digs.

Chloe Cloninger went supernova For Mount Pleasant., getting 15 digs and five aces.

Northwest Cabarrus' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mount Pleasant, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Northwest Cabarrus didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against North Rowan on the 14th. As for Mount Pleasant, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Concord on the 14th.
