Volleyball Recap: Haughton Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Haughton waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Captain Shreve Gators. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Buccaneers have posted since September 11th.

The win got Haughton back to even at 7-7-1. As for Captain Shreve, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

Haughton will be playing in front of their home fans against Loyola College Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Captain Shreve, they will challenge St. Mary at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
