Cosart scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-5, while Corazzari scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Baumann, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.
On Manual's side, Andrew Hernandez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Cartail Dickey was another key contributor, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
SkyView Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Manual, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.
