Polytech had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.1 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They managed a 50-46 victory over the St. Mark's Spartans. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 63-32 loss the last time these two teams met.
