Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Sasha Taschuk and Chloe Hedstrom Lead Newington to Victory

Newington won the last time they faced Rocky Hill and things went their way on Friday too. The Nor'easters were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Terriers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Nor'easters.

Newington was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 25-18.

Newington was led to victory by Chloe Hedstrom and Sasha Taschuk. Hedstrom had six digs and three aces, while Taschuk had seven aces and three digs. Those seven aces gave Taschuk a new career-high.

Newington's record now sits at 7-12. As for Rocky Hill, they now have a losing record of 9-10.
