Softball Recap: Niskayuna Takes a Loss

If Niskayuna was riding high fresh off their 11-4 takedown of Scotia-Glenville last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Silver Warriors came up short against the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans on Wednesday, falling 13-2. The Silver Warriors haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Niskayuna now has a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Niskayuna will take on Fonda-Fultonville at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Troy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
