Softball Recap: Greenbrier West Cavaliers vs. Buffalo Bison

Greenbrier West was not the first on the board on Saturday, but they got there more often. They came out on top against the Buffalo Bison by a score of 9-5. This was payback for the Cavaliers, who suffered an 8-3 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Kyndall Taylor made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching seven innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
