Hillcrest is 7-2 against Tooele since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hillcrest Huskies will welcome the Tooele Buffaloes at 5:15 p.m. The timing is sure in Hillcrest's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Tooele has been banged up by ten consecutive losses on the road.

Last Thursday, Hillcrest lost to Cottonwood on the road by a 68-49 margin. The Huskies were down 51-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Tooele ended up a good deal behind Murray on Friday and lost 73-54.

Tooele's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Hillcrest, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 11-5.

Hillcrest came up short against Tooele in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 56-52. Thankfully for Hillcrest, Ethan B Rogers (who went 9 of 12 on his way to 23 points and eight rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
