Basketball Game Preview: Algona Bulldogs vs. Humboldt Wildcats

Algona has gone 8-2 against Humboldt recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Algona Bulldogs will host the Humboldt Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. Algona will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak.

Last Friday, Algona didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Hampton-Dumont/CAL, but they still walked away with a 36-32 win.

Meanwhile, Humboldt strolled past Iowa Falls-Alden with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 50-32. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Humboldt now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Algona, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-3.

Algona beat Humboldt 54-42 in their previous meeting back in January. Does Algona have another victory up their sleeve, or will Humboldt turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
