Volleyball Recap: Ball Gets the Win

Ball took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Clear Falls, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Tornadoes had just enough and edged out the Knights 3-2. For the Tornadoes, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

Ball had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 14-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-21, 15-11.

The win got Ball back to even at 4-4. As for Clear Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Coming up, Ball will square off against St. John's at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Clear Falls, they will take on Fort Bend Dulles at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
