Softball Recap: Thursday's Win Is Rehoboth Christian's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Rehoboth Christian won the last time they faced Northwest and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lynx blew past the Falcons 17-1. The result was nothing new for the Lynx, who have now won eight games by six runs or more so far this season.

Sage West was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Shanoah Eddie, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.

Rehoboth Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .583. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .310 or higher in three consecutive contests.

Rehoboth Christian has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.1 runs over those games. As for Northwest, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
