It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Staunton had no problem doing just that on Monday. They came out on top against the Heritage Pioneers by a score of 75-67. Winning may never get old, but the Storm sure are getting used to it with their 17th in a row.

Staunton pushed their record up to 22-2 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.2 points over those games. As for Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.

Looking ahead, Staunton will square off against Spotswood on Wednesday. One thing working in Staunton's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 games. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
