Volleyball Recap: Columbia Takes a Loss

Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedar Grove Panthers. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Cedar Grove, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 4-3 record.

Coming up, Columbia will face off against Bayonne on Monday. Cedar Grove has already played their next match (against Kinnelon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
