South Hills waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Los Altos Conquerors 38-7. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Huskies' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 112th, while the Conquerors are ranked 688th).
South Hills got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Haley Ramos out in front who threw for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also punched in two scores on the ground. Those two rushing touchdowns gave Ramos a new career-high. Another back making a difference was Ayanna Roquemore, who rushed for 127 yards and one TD on only nine carries.
