 The Paxton Bobcats entered their tilt with the Florala Wildcats with four consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with five. Paxton came out on top against Florala by a score of  48-36  on Monday. Winning is a bit easier when  you work as a team to  rack up eight more assists than your opponent, as Paxton did.
 Paxton had a senior duo take command as  Noah Morgan  scored 13 points along with nine  rebounds and two  steals and  Collin Stewart  dropped  a double-double on 13 points and ten  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Ryker Stokes, who  scored six points.
 When it comes to explaining why Florala lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Rayshon Coleman. Despite the final result, he  scored 21 points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals. Coleman hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games.  Christian Greasham was another key contributor,  scoring six points along with six  rebounds.
 Paxton is  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last ten matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Florala, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paxton won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Destin at 7:15  p.m.  on January 23rd. One thing working in Destin's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last four games. Florala won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Kinston at 7:00  p.m.  on January 23rd. Kinston is hoping to put an end to  a 12-game streak of away losses.
