Soccer Game Preview: American Heritage vs. North Broward Prep

The American Heritage Stallions will take on the North Broward Prep Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. American Heritage is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Last Thursday, American Heritage narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Olympic Heights 3-2. The win was all the more spectacular given the Stallions' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 108th, while the Lions are ranked 16th).

Ryan Ashley and Montgomery Byers scored all three of American Heritage's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for North Broward Prep's offense. They came up short against St. John Paul II Academy on Thursday, falling 4-0. Considering the last time North Broward Prep couldn't score was back in November of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

American Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-2. As for North Broward Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-2.
