Football Recap: Shorewood Stormrays vs. Mountlake Terrace Hawks

If Shorewood was feeling good fresh off their 37-13 takedown of Everett last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Stormrays came up short against the Mountlake Terrace Hawks on Friday, falling 35-14. The matchup marked the Stormrays' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Julien Woodruff threw for 116 yards on 11 of 16 attempts. Lukas Wanke was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards. On the ground, Jeshuah MacIas rushed for 106 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries.

Mountlake Terrace was led to victory by Owen Boswell and Mason Wilson. Boswell rushed for 140 yards and three scores, while Wilson threw for 100 yards and a pair of TDs. That's the most rushing yards Boswell has posted since back in October of 2024.
