Softball Recap: Newark Tech Comes Up Short

Newark Tech's last matchup with Irvington could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Terries came up short against the Blue Knights, falling 19-6. The Terries just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Newark Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13-1. As for Irvington, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Newark Tech will face off against Somerset Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Irvington, they will take on Linden at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
