Volleyball Recap: Indian Springs' Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Indian Springs entered their tilt with Palm Valley on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the FIREBIRDS. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-21, 16-25, 25-12, 25-15.

Ralph Banuelos paced Indian Springs' offense, picking up 24 kills. Banuelos got some help from Samuel Becerra and his 40 assists. Becerra was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Indian Springs pushed their record up to 7-13 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Palm Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Coming up, Indian Springs will face off against Miller at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Palm Valley will be paying especially close attention to the COYOTES' matchup: after the COYOTES faces off against Public Safety Academy, they'll take on Palm Valley again at 3:30 p.m. on the 15th.
