Basketball Recap: Wisdom Takes a Loss

Wisdom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were dealt an 82-20 defeat at the hands of the Heights Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Generals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 80-21 back in January.

Jordan Clavelle had an outrageously good game for Heights as he dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Clavelle a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Rockwell Henderson, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 17 points and eight steals.

Wisdom's loss dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Heights, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-12 record this season.

Coming up, Wisdom will welcome Lamar at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Heights, they will venture away from home to challenge Cesar E. Chavez at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
