 Classical scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Davies Career & Tech Patriots  an   11-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what Classical needed considering they were shutout in their previous   match.
  Tyler Lee and  Asher Westberg-Rubin did most of the damage at the plate:  Lee  scored three  runs while going 3-for-4, while  Westberg-rubin  scored a  run while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  William Rocchio, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Classical's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Davies Career & Tech, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost nine of their last 11 matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record  this season.
 Classical will head out on the road to  challenge  Providence Country Day at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. Classical is facing Providence Country Day at the right time seeing as Providence Country Day is stuck on  a  five-game losing streak. As for Davies Career & Tech, they will look to defend their home field  on Sunday against Rogers at 12:00  p.m. Rogers will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Davies Career & Tech surely won't give up without a fight.
