 Anderson C was the  8-3 winner over Greenville H when they last played one another  back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Anderson C Cavaliers'  rough  8-2 defeat to the Greenville H Hurricanes  on Monday might stick with them for a while. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  runs Anderson C has scored all season.
 For Greenville H's part,  Ethan Hynicka made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and not a single walk). Hynicka was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 3-for-5.
 Hynicka wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  seven players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Owen Giles, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Levi Floyd, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Anderson C's loss was  their third straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Greenville H, the  win was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.
 Anderson C will head out on the road to  square off against  Loganville Christian Academy at 2:00  p.m.  in Saturday's  first game. As for Greenville H, they will  challenge Upstate at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Upstate is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.8  runs per game  this season.
