Softball Game Preview: Ingomar Falcons vs. North Side Gators

For the second straight game, Ingomar will face off against North Side. The Falcons will take on the Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Ingomar has eight straight victories, North Side has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Ingomar's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on North Side with a sharp 16-0 win. Considering the Falcons have won eight games by more than 12 runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ingomar pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.0 runs over those games. As for North Side, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
