Hillcrest is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Lyman. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles. The win was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on five straight.

Hillcrest not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lyman between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Ali Maddux, who had 11 digs and two aces. What's more, she posted three assists, the most she's had over her last seven games.

Hillcrest's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Lyman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.

Hillcrest wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Star Valley on the 6th. As for Lyman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Tabiona on the 6th.
