Recap: Ludlowe Falcons vs. McMahon Senators
There's no place like home for The Ludlowe Falcons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 35-32 win over McMahon on Friday. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Ludlowe's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Grant Stupak, who threw for 247 yards and three touchdowns. Justin Toothaker was another key contributor, rushing for 88 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
When it comes to explaining why McMahon lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jahiem Daniels. Despite the final result, he rushed for 115 yards and three touchdowns.
Ludlowe's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for McMahon, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ludlowe will take on Norwalk at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Norwalk will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. As for McMahon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wilton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
