Basketball Recap: Central Falls Despite Big Games from Michal Steward and Kelly Eubanks

Central lost against Paul W. Bryant back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Central Falcons fell 48-35 to the Paul W. Bryant Stampede. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kelly Eubanks and Michal Steward certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Eubanks posted seven points along with 11 rebounds and three steals, while Steward earned eight points in addition to ten boards and four steals. Eubanks has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Paul W. Bryant, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-9.

Central has already played their next contest (against Brookwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Paul W. Bryant has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Sipsey Valley.
