Basketball Recap: Lathrop Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Lathrop had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Lawson Cardinals by a score of 54-44. That's more bragging rights for the Mules, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lathrop pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.4 points per game. As for Lawson, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2.
