Volleyball Recap: Elkhorn North Gets the Win

Elkhorn North proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Elkhorn South Storm 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Elkhorn North took Elkhorn South into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-20, 25-16, 19-25, 15-13.

Elkhorn North's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Elkhorn South, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-7.

Elkhorn North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Bennington on the 2nd. As for Elkhorn South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Gretna East on the 3rd.
