Baseball Game Preview: Susquehannock Warriors vs. Dover Eagles

Susquehannock is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Dover an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Susquehannock Warriors will be playing at home against the Dover Eagles at 4:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Kennard-Dale hit Susquehannock with a four-run first inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Warriors took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams.

Nick Nace was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Dover's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Northern York on Saturday.

Dover's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Susquehannock, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-7.

Everything went Susquehannock's way against Dover in their previous matchup back in March, as Susquehannock made off with an 8-0 win. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
