Overton strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Overton took both sets by at least 19 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-6.

Daisy Ryan paced Overton's offense, picking up seven kills. Ryan got some help from Kyla Elfgren and her 19 assists. Gracen Hughes controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Overton's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Wilcox-Hildreth, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Overton and Wilcox-Hildreth will both be playing Elm Creek the next time they take the court. The Falcons will head out to face the Buffaloes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
