After failing to score in their last game, Minford made sure to put some goals up on the board against Northwest on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Mohawks with a sharp 6-0 win. Considering Minford's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Their offense was hitting Northwest from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Aubrey Mcguire led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The victory got Minford back to even at 4-4-1. As for Northwest, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Minford will host Wheelersburg at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northwest, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fairland at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
