Omaha Nation waltzed into their match on Tuesday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They took down the Walthill Blujays 67-52. For the Chiefs, this counts as revenge for the 81-69 win the Blujays walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Omaha Nation pushed their record up to 15-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for Walthill, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Omaha Nation will venture away from home to square off against Tri County Northeast on Saturday. Omaha Nation knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten games -- so hopefully Tri County Northeast likes a good challenge. Walthill will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Nebraska Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on February 21st.
