Hurricane hasn't had much luck against Crimson Cliffs recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Hurricane will face off against Crimson Cliffs at 7:30 p.m.

On Friday, Hurricane didn't have quite enough to beat Cedar and fell 4-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hurricane saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Fitzgerald, who went 2-for-4 with one triple and one RBI. That's the most hits Fitzgerald has posted since back in March of 2024.

Meanwhile, Crimson Cliffs had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Hurricane has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Crimson Cliffs struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 9.9 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
