After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Minooka, Lincoln-Way West was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Lincoln-Way West got a big performance out of Carson Paulas, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Lucas Acevedo was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
