Soccer Recap: Hardee Takes a Loss

Hardee lost against Imagine School at North Port back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hardee Wildcats came up short against the Imagine School at North Port Sharks, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 498th, while the Sharks are ranked 214th).

This is the second loss in a row for Hardee and nudges their season record down to 1-7. As for Imagine School at North Port, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Hardee will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Booker at 6:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Imagine School at North Port will take on Lemon Bay in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
