Waterloo won the last time they faced Carterville and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 8-1 victory. The result was nothing new for Waterloo, who have now won ten contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Carterville from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Aubrey Heck led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Waterloo is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five games. As for Carterville, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-5-3.

As of now, neither Waterloo nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
