Football Recap: Mifflin Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Mifflin's offense. They were dealt a 64-0 loss at the hands of the Centennial Stars on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Punchers of the 52-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Mifflin's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Centennial, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mifflin is set to square off against their familiar foe Beechcroft at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Centennial will take on rival Northland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
