Softball Recap: Lamar County Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lamar County can now relate to. They lost 14-8 to the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since April 20, 2024.

Lamar County's defeat dropped their record down to 20-20. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 31-9-1.

Lamar County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 6-5 loss against Belgreen on the 6th.
