Basketball Recap: Lexington Comes Up Short

In Thursday's Canine Competition, Lexington had to take the L. They were beaten by the Davis Wolves 63-11 on Thursday. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team's come up short the last nine times they've met.

Lexington's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Davis, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

Lexington has already played their next game, a 54-27 defeat against Dibble on the 7th. As for Davis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 65-30 win against Sulphur on the 8th.
