Basketball Recap: Richland Northeast Cavaliers vs. York Cougars
Richland Northeast lost against York back in February of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Richland Northeast Cavaliers took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the York Cougars. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Richland Northeast saw an underclassman step up: freshman Reece Jackson went 6 of 8 on his way to 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for Jackson. Another player making a difference was Damarcus Haliburton, who posted ten points.
