Soccer Game Preview: Jupiter Christian vs. Pine

For the first time this season, Jupiter Christian will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They are headed away from home for the first time to challenge the Pine Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Thursday, Jupiter Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Berean Christian and fell 3-2.

Reese Minicucci and Bella Davenport scored both of the Eagles' goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, Pine unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 4-2 to Immaculata-La Salle on Thursday. The contest was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but Pine couldn't quite close it out.

Jupiter Christian suffered a grim 8-1 defeat to Pine when the teams last played back in December of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Eagles were down 4-0.
